Châtillonnais wineries
The Châtillonnais around Châtillon-sur-Seine, 70 kilometres north-west of Dijon, has about 250 hectares of vines on limestone close to the Champagne border. It is known above all for Crémant de Bourgogne, along with still Bourgogne red and white.
